Angela Portillo recently traveled to Haiti with a team of health care professionals to assist earthquake survivors.  Ms. Portillo, a registered nurse, is a former recipient of services under the low income adult program.  Ms. Portillo received her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in 2007.(Click this link to see local story)
