ESP Program
Contract Guidelines: this is a hire first/train later reimbursement program for entry level positions for full time/permanent employment. The contract requires individuals to work a minimum of 30 hours/week; maximum of 40 hours/week. Contracts are written with the intention of retaining the person upon expiration of the contract, which is June 30th, 2012. Reimbursement is on a monthly basis. We can do multiple contracts for one company.
Incentive: Employer receives 100% reimbursement of gross wages until the end of the contract which is June 30th, 2012. Individuals are pre-screened and have taken the WorkKeys assessments in Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, and Locating Information. The business may also apply for a Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)
